We want you to love your product. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will accept returns for store credit within 7 days from when your order has been delivered. Store credit does not expire.
- All return requests must be made within 5 days from when your order has been delivered.
- Custom name pieces and custom ring sizes are not returnable or exchangeable.
- The returned item must be in its original condition and must be undamaged and unworn.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Boca Treasures is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Boca Treasures reserves the right to decide if the returned item is in its original condition. If the returned item does not meet our company guidelines, the return will not be processed.
